Wellbeing Events Ely

Life can be busy and challenging and often we find ourselves spinning many plates at once. Our mental health and wellbeing slips down the list of our priorities and stress and tension can take hold. Perhaps you’re struggling with the mental load and finding it hard to relax.
This is a perfect opportunity to take some time out for yourself to switch off and benefit from letting go of that stress and tension from the mind and body.
There is no need to interact with anyone, just bring a pillow and mat for your comfort and enjoy being guided to an inner place of calm and peace with guided imagery and visualisation. You can lie or sit, whichever way is more comfortable for you.
The room will be softly lit with a calming light projector and Himalayan salt lamp. Relaxation music will also play in the background to enhance the experience.
