Truth is we will have all faced issues with our mental health at some point in our life and seeking a therapeutic aid to enhance our emotional well being is just as important as seeking help when we have sustained a physical injury. Our aim is to get better and that’s exactly what we can do.

I know what it’s like to be in a bad place. I spent the best part of my teens and 20’s in an anxious, stressed state and lacking confidence. Some days were harder than others but it was a place I knew I didn’t want to stay in.
In 2010 I started exploring hypnotherapy and other approaches to address my own emotional well being. I studied and researched and I knew if I found a way to help myself I would want to help others too. The most important thing I have learnt on my journey is that our struggles do not define us. We all have great potential and the resources within us to overcome the negative self talk that holds us back. We have the ability to create new connections in our brain adopting a more positive mindset to enable us to thrive in life and cope better when life does present its challenges.
It is my passion and interest in mental health that has lead me here today, helping people like you to make significant positive changes. It has worked for me and I would love to take the journey with you too to make a real difference.
